Yes, the Pull Up Bar Multi comes with two types of screws suitable for either concrete/brick or wood, providing flexibility for mounting on various surfaces. Ensure the surface is stable enough to support the weight and dynamic movements during exercises.

You can perform various exercises such as wide, close, and neutral grip pull-ups, chin-ups, hanging leg raises, and much more. You can also use resistance bands to make certain exercises easier and train at different difficulty levels. The bar is also designed to mount rings, resistance bands, or sling trainers, unlocking a range of additional training possibilities.

To maintain your Pull Up Bar, clean it with a damp cloth without using chemical detergents, which may damage the surface. Mount it in a dry place and ensure it is dry after contact with moisture to prevent rust and wear.

The main advantage is that it offers more clearance from the wall, at 30cm, and is therefore also ceiling mountable. Depending on your setup intentions, if you have a wall or ceiling that would be suitable, then the Pull Up Bar Multi would be the preferred choice. If you prefer to have a doorway or hallway mounted pull up bar, then we would recommend the Pull Up Bar Uni instead.
