The perfect resistance for your goals
Red 5-15KG: This band is our weakest band and perfect for warm-up and mobility exercises. It only takes a few kilos off your body and can be a small help for pull-ups or muscle-ups during training if you are already close to it.
Yellow 10-30KG: The yellow band helps you more and is perfect for learning dips and pull-ups if you already have a good basic fitness and are halfway to the pull-up.
Green 20-40KG: The green band is the most popular band for learning pull ups or muscle ups, as it takes a few kilos off your body and allows you to do multiple assisted pull-ups faster. This way you progress faster and the training is more fun.
Orange 25-60KG: The orange band gives you the most resistance and is suitable for learning pull-ups with less physical fitness. It is also popular for making squats more difficult or for advanced sprint workouts.
