Shipping & Returns
After ordering you will receive an order confirmation with all important information and when the order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking code. You can either click on it or you can track it online at the carriers website.

For all deliveries within the EU, taxes and customs duties are included in the product price.
*All orders to the United Kingdom and to Switzerland are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Payed). This means that there are no additional costs for you as a customer. You pay no customs fees and only the price that is displayed at checkout, we will take care of the rest for you.
*Orders to Switzerland are shipped with meineinkauf.ch and already include 7.7% Swiss VAT
For all deliveries outside the EU, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of origin and the category of the product. They are applied as soon as your package reaches your country. GORNATION does not deduct any duties and taxes during the payment process and cannot predict how high your possible duties will be: in case such additional duties are incurred, they have to be paid in order for your package to be cleared through customs. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information about the regulations in your country.
Returns
Returns can be announced within 30 days after arrival of the package without giving reasons.

Upon receipt of your return you will be refunded the full amount of your order (purchase price including shipping costs from GORNATION to you). The customer has to cover the costs for shipping the return. If you have to return an item because it was delivered defective or faulty, we will check this in each individual case and refund the costs for the return.
The return shipment should be sent with tracking, so that you can prove that you have sent a package to us. In this case, GORNATION takes the risk of the return shipment, without tracking, the risk lies with the customer.
Already used, worn or washed items will not be accepted for exchange or return. The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same means of payment with which the order was made.
