TIPS FOR USE & SAFETY

Installation:

  • Choose a stable, level surface to set up your Pull-Up Station. Ensure the area is spacious enough for exercises like pull-ups (minimum height: 2.60m) and muscle-ups (minimum height: 3.50m).
  • Before each workout, check that all screws and nuts are properly tightened.
  • Avoid jerky movements and jumping onto the station. Only use controlled movements to maintain stability.

Maintenance:
Clean the matte powder-coated finish with a damp cloth, avoiding chemicals.

Grip Techniques: Use different grips and widths to target various muscle groups.

Safety: Regularly check the bar’s stability and tighten the screws

Warm-up and Body Tension:

  • Warm up for a few minutes before workouts to prevent injuries. Stretch before and after exercises to avoid cramps and strains.
  • Wear suitable sports clothing that allows freedom of movement and non-slip sports shoes for safety.

Combination with Other Equipment: Integrate resistance bands, rings, or sling trainers to diversify your workouts.

If a defect should occur in one of our products, due to a production or material error, our warranty takes effect. This means that the damage will be repaired free of charge, or you will receive a replacement product.
