Your Warranty

If a defect should occur in one of our products, due to a production or material error, our warranty takes effect. This means that the damage will be repaired free of charge, or you will receive a replacement product.

Warranty terms: 

  • Warranty starts from the date of invoice.
  • Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.

This warranty does not cover: 

  • Damage caused by or indirectly resulting from misuse, improper operation, excessive load, unprofessional installation or relocation, repairs or modifications carried out by the buyer, as well as defects resulting from normal wear and tear or inadequate care / maintenance
  • Indirect damage resulting from a defect in our product. 

Our warranty is void if:

  • The warranty period has expired.
  • The product has been repaired or modified by anyone other than us.
  • The product has not been used in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.

We reserve the right to supply an equivalent item as a replacement in the event that a product is no longer available.
Legal claims of the buyer are not limited by this agreement.
Should any provision of this warranty agreement be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@gornation.com. We will require proof of purchase and photos or videos of the defective product. Please do not attempt to repair the product yourself, as this will void the warranty.
