Performance Wrist Wraps or Power Wrist Wraps - which ones are right for me?
The Performance Wrist Wraps allow the full range of motion and support you in e.g. handstands or push ups on the floor, where your wrists have to bend far. They are great for all kinds of workout where you need full mobility. They need a few tries to wrap around your wrist but have the great effect that they can be easily twisted while wearing to offer more support. The Power Wrist Wraps on the other hand offer the greatest stability of the two and can be fastened more easily with a thumb loop and Velcro. The freedom of movement is restricted, which can be helpful for weighted workout or statics.
